Are you drooling yet? I am. Sadly, it's mac and cheese for dinner tonight. I feel like Remy (the rat) in Ratatouille, dreaming of glamorous food but unable to get it... one day, though. Until then, cheers to imaginary YUM.

As an update, over the long weekend I finally got to try some of these recipes...
It turns out that you CAN go wrong with Kale - at least, if you try to turn it into a chip. We found this recipe greasy and bland. I much prefer my kale uncooked.
The Strawberries dessert however was pure deliciousness. We significantly reduced the amount of sugar and increased the black pepper. This is now my new favourite dessert and I will likely be demanding it for my birthday in place of cake.
